Mornington Peninsula swimmers and residents are set for a rosy future following the Coalition Government’s investment in the Rosebud Aquatic Centre.
Federal Member for Flinders, the Hon. Greg Hunt MP, said the Rosebud Aquatic Centre will provide much needed swimming facilities for the Mornington Peninsula that will promote community health and wellbeing.

“Once complete, the Centre will include a 50 metre indoor swimming pool with a gymnasium, water play area and café.
“The Centre will also include an all-abilities pool to make sure that everyone in our community is able to benefit, it will change lives and save lives on the Mornington Peninsula.
Minister for Regional Development, Territories and Local Government, The Hon. Dr John McVeigh MP, said the $5 million investment showed the Coalition Government’s commitment to supporting regional communities.
“The Rosebud Aquatic Centre will deliver new jobs, as well as economic and tourism benefits for the region by providing visitors and families with year round access to safe swimming facilities,” Dr McVeigh said.
“The Coalition is proud to back the Mornington Peninsula Shire Council and its ambitious vision for the Centre.”
